American pancakes without eggs

Ingredients:

  • 150 g flour

  • 1 baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 180 ml plant-based drink

  • 12 g EGG WHITES

  • 109 g water

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. Add the plant-based drink and oil, and mix until you get a smooth batter without lumps.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg white powder with water and whisk until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the base batter to keep it light and airy.

  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

  6. Pour a small ladle of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then carefully flip them and cook on the other side until golden brown.

Tip:
Serve them with fresh fruit, maple syrup, or Greek yogurt for a perfect breakfast or dessert.
