Preparation time: approx. 90 min
Difficulty: Low
Ingredients
-
500 g Premium Mix flour
-
7 g dry yeast
-
425g warm water
-
1 tablespoon sugar
- 12g salt
- 20ml oil
Preparation
-
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
-
Add warm water and oil.
-
Knead the dough in a stand mixer for 5 minutes. The dough will initially be sticky, which is normal.
-
Shape the dough into a ball with a spoon and leave it in the bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
-
Then form 3-4 baguettes, using corn or rice flour to help. Do not knead the dough, just shape it into thin, elongated baguettes and place on baking paper.
-
Let the baguettes rise for another 2 hours.
-
Before baking, make incisions and gently brush them with oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 220°C. When baked, cover them with a cloth to soften and wait for them to cool down a bit. Enjoy your meal!
