400 g Premium Mix flour

7 g dry yeast

230g warm water

150g Greek yogurt
- 5g salt
- 50ml oil

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, warm water, and yeast.

Add oil, Premium mix flour, and salt.

Knead the dough in a stand mixer for 5 minutes. The dough will initially be sticky, which is normal.

Form the dough into a ball with a spoon and leave it in the bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Then, shape 4 – 6 flatbreads, using corn or rice flour to help. Do not knead the dough, just shape it into thin round flatbreads and place them on baking paper.

Make incisions in the flatbreads and brush them lightly with oil. Let them rise for another half an hour, meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250 °C.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, wrap them tightly in a cloth to soften and wait for them to cool slightly. Enjoy your meal!
