500 g Premium Mix

7 g dry yeast

15 g salt

400ml water

50 ml oil
- rice flour for shaping the pizza
Preparation:

In a bowl, mix Premium Mix and salt.

Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water and let it activate for 5 minutes.

Add the yeast water and oil to the flour and knead the dough until smooth and uniform.

Form a ball, oil it, cover with foil, and let it rest for 1.5 hours.

Once the dough has risen, lightly flour the surface with rice flour and shape the pizza.

Spread sauce on the dough, add cheese and desired toppings.

Bake in the oven at maximum temperature until the crust is golden brown and crispy (approximately 12–15 minutes, depending on the oven).
Tip: For an even crispier crust, use a baking stone or steel plate. Brush the edge of the pizza with oil before baking.
