Prawn tagliatelle

Recipe for tagliatelle with shrimp for 3-4 people:
Ingredients:

Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes

Number of servings: 2-3 people

Ingredients:

  • Tagliatelle GLUTEN FREE
  • 200 g shrimp
  • ½ jar of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 small leek
  • Lemon (for juice and zest, if desired)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Optional: white wine or water (for the sauce)

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown. Be careful not to burn it.
3. Then add the thinly sliced leek and sauté until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and diced sun-dried tomatoes, and sauté everything together for about 3-5 minutes. If desired, you can add a little white wine or water and a few drops of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
6. Once the tagliatelle are cooked, drain them, reserving some of the cooking water.
7. Add the tagliatelle to the pan with the sauce and mix well. If needed, add a little more water to make the sauce thinner.
8. Serve with freshly grated lemon zest or fresh herbs (e.g., parsley), if desired.
