Blueberry pie without sugar

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g Cookie and Pie Mix https://www.gluteno.si/brez-sladkorja-keto/sestavine-za-pito/

  • 50 g butter

  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 200 g frozen or fresh blueberries or other berries

  • 1 egg

  • 50 ml water

  • 100 g Cake Cream https://www.gluteno.si/brez-sladkorja-keto/sestavine-za-pito/


Instructions

  1. Preparing the dough:

    • Mix the cookie and pie mix with butter and egg.

    • Knead into a homogeneous dough.

    • Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper.

    • Remove the top paper and place the dough in a baking dish.

  2. Preparing the filling:

    • In a bowl, mix the blueberries (or other berries), egg, water, and cake cream.

    • Stir well to combine the ingredients.

  3. Assembling the pie:

    • Spread the filling evenly over the dough.

    • Fold the edges of the dough inward to gently cover the filling.

  4. Baking:

    • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    • Bake the pie for 40–50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  5. Serving:

    • Let the pie cool slightly.

    • Serve warm or at room temperature.
