For the dough:

50 g butter
1 egg
For the filling:
200 g frozen or fresh blueberries or other berries
1 egg
50 ml water
100 g Cake Cream https://www.gluteno.si/brez-sladkorja-keto/sestavine-za-pito/
Preparing the dough:
Mix the cookie and pie mix with butter and egg.
Knead into a homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper.
Remove the top paper and place the dough in a baking dish.
Preparing the filling:
In a bowl, mix the blueberries (or other berries), egg, water, and cake cream.
Stir well to combine the ingredients.
Assembling the pie:
Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
Fold the edges of the dough inward to gently cover the filling.
Baking:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Bake the pie for 40–50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Serving:
Let the pie cool slightly.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
