For the crust:
200g biscuits
4 tbsp butter
Cream:
200ml milk
Additional:
raspberries
Preparing the crust:
Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Form the base in a 18cm diameter baking pan.
Preparing the cream:
Mix the cake cream mixture with milk and beat with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy cream. Add eggs, skyr and mix. Pour over the biscuit base and add raspberries on top.
