CHEESECAKE a little differently

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes + baking
Difficulty: Low

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 200g biscuits

  • 4 tbsp butter

Cream:

  • 1 Cake cream 
  • 200ml milk

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 heaped tablespoons skyr

Additional

raspberries 


Instructions

  1. Preparing the crust:

    • Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Form the base in a 18cm diameter baking pan.

  2. Preparing the cream:

    • Mix the cake cream mixture with milk and beat with an electric mixer until you get a fluffy cream. Add eggs, skyr and mix. Pour over the biscuit base and add raspberries on top.

  3. Assembly:

    • Bake for 1 hour at 160°C. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. 
    • Bon appétit!
