INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Sponge cake
    • Prepare according to the instructions on the package.
    • When baked, pour 2–3 dl of hot coffee evenly over the still hot cake (with a little milk if desired) to make it nice and moist.
    • Let it cool completely.
  2. Cream
    • Pour the entire contents of the keto cake cream mix packet into a bowl.
    • Add 200 ml of cold water and 200 ml of cold milk.
    • Whip until the cream has a whipped cream texture.
  3. Assembly
    • Spread the cream evenly over the cooled sponge cake.
    • Dust the surface with bitter cocoa.
    • Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours to cool and firm up thoroughly.
