60 g almond flour
150 g cooking chocolate
100 g melted butter
50 g sugar
4 eggs
2 g baking soda
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a greased baking pan.
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and airy.
In another bowl, mix oat flour, almond flour, and baking soda.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
Add melted butter and finely chopped chocolate, then mix well.
