Oat cake with chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 80 g GLUTENO oat flour

  • 60 g almond flour

  • 150 g cooking chocolate

  • 100 g melted butter

  • 50 g sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 g baking soda

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a greased baking pan.

  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and airy.

  3. In another bowl, mix oat flour, almond flour, and baking soda.

  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.

  5. Add melted butter and finely chopped chocolate, then mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cake has a nice golden crust.
