Ingredients:
430 ml water
1 packet dry yeast (7 g)
15 g salt
50 ml oil
White gluten-free corn flour (for shaping)
Optional toppings: peeled tomatoes, mozzarella, prosciutto, herbs to taste...
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix water and yeast and wait a few minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add the flour, then salt and oil, and mix at medium speed for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Form the dough into loaves, place them in a covered bowl and let them rise for at least 2 hours. If desired, you can also let it rise overnight in the refrigerator – take it out 2 hours before baking.
Gently roll out the dough and shape it to create a crust. Use a little white corn flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
Add your desired toppings to the prepared dough – peeled tomatoes, mozzarella, prosciutto, or anything else you like.
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature and bake the pizza until golden brown.
