OVEN-BAKED TWISTS

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 100g GLUTENO red lentil pasta

  • 100g GLUTENO pea pasta

  • 6 anchovies

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon capers

  • 1 tablespoon olives

  • lemon juice to taste

  • olive oil

Preparation method

  1. Oven preparation: Preheat oven to 200 °C.

  2. Vegetable preparation: Chop the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes.

  3. Baking the sauce: In a medium baking dish, greased with olive oil, add garlic, tomatoes, anchovies, capers, and olives. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and mix. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the tomatoes soften and the sauce smells of the Mediterranean.

  4. Pasta: Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  5. Combine: Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the baked sauce from the baking dish.

  6. Finish: If desired, drizzle with a little extra olive oil and serve.

Tip

For freshness and an even more Mediterranean touch, sprinkle the dish with fresh basil or oregano.
