6 anchovies
3 cloves of garlic
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon olives

Oven preparation: Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Vegetable preparation: Chop the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes.
Baking the sauce: In a medium baking dish, greased with olive oil, add garlic, tomatoes, anchovies, capers, and olives. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and mix. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the tomatoes soften and the sauce smells of the Mediterranean.
Pasta: Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Combine: Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the baked sauce from the baking dish.
Finish: If desired, drizzle with a little extra olive oil and serve.
For freshness and an even more Mediterranean touch, sprinkle the dish with fresh basil or oregano.
